「The pillows were infested with bed bugs, and I didn’t even lift the sheets to see if the bed was worse. The toilet was clogged and coated in feces, and the windowsills were full of dead bugs. Housekeeping clearly hadn’t been in the room for a while. I left the hotel and slept in my truck. I’m still waiting for my refund, please do not stay here. 」
