The town is home to numerous museums that offer an overview of the history and art of the island, not to be missed a short distance from the accommodation: Palazzina dei Mulini, Museo Archeologico della Linguella, Teatro dei Vigilanti, Forte Falcone and Forte Stella.

We offer our guests an apartment on the first floor of a historic building from the 17th century built by order of Cosimo de Medici, the entrance from the stairs has been recently restored maintaining the original arches, now adorned with flowers. The apartment is accessed from an entrance balcony, internally it measures 80 square meters and consists of a living area with a view of the bell tower and a sofa with TV, a hob separated by an arch with hotplates and a washing machine, two bedrooms, one double (with separable single beds) and one twin; as well as a study with a view of the city's rooftops and Piazza della Repubblica. Bathroom with shower, bidet and window and a closet.

Location information:
- in high season the Mare Bus shuttle service is available, which connects the center of Portoferraio to the various beaches and parking lots
- in the center; first floor
- from about mid-June to about mid-September the center becomes a pedestrian area from 7:00 pm

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- we do not recommend the apartment to people with reduced mobility
- check-in from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 9:00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small/medium-sized pets allowed (maximum 1 pet) with a cleaning supplement of €30
- deposit (mandatory): €200.00; half the amount will be requested in cash, the other half by credit card; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio. Travellers on foot are asked to inform our staff, in order to organise a more convenient key collection.
