Struttura pulita e ben tenuta anche se un po' datata. Ristorazione e servizi da migliorare. Scarsa attenzione verso il cliente. In particolare ho segnalato due volte un disservizio (mancanza di segnale Sky) e non è stato risolto. La mia richiesta di rimborso di parte della quota del soggiorno è rimasta ignorata

Traumurlaub auf Elba - wir kommen wieder!

Es war traumhaft schön!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Das Resort ist wunderbar gelegen und einfach unendlich schön! Das einzig störende war die laute Musik am Abend aus einem Nachbarhotel.

Sehr kleinliche Behandlung der Gäste.

Es ist untersagt, die Liegen von den Plätzen auf den Rasen zu stellen um diesen zu schützen. In einem Hotel dieser Katogerie und Preisklasse könnte man etwas mehr Toleranz gegenüber den Gästen erwarten. Man fühlt sich ständig unter Beobachtung, nichts Verbotenes zu tun. Das Restaurant ist überteuert und die Portionen -obwohl wir bestimmt keine großen Esser sind- zu klein. Kein eigener, separater Strandabschnitt. Entweder im Garten oder eingepfercht am Strand unter Vielen.

"Entspannung pur"

Wir waren 6 Tage Gäste in Baia Bianca. Die Lage der Anlage ist traumhaft - man wird nicht müde jeden Abend von neuen zu beobachten, wie die Sonne im Meer versinkt, sei es im sehr zu empfehlenden Restaurant (besser reservieren), auf der eigenen Terrasse oder auf den gemütlichen Gazebos im Garten. Die Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Der Strand war etwas voll, aber was will man Ende Juli erwarten. Wir verbrachten unsere Nachmittage im Garten, keine 10m Luftlinie vom Meer entfernt. Obwohl wir es vormittags eher gemütlich angehen ließen, hatten wir nie Probleme ein freies Sonnenbett zu finden. Wir haben Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht, für uns optimal. Morgens ein schönes Frühstücksbuffet und abends die Restaurants in der Umgebung besuchen. (Fahrzeug notwendig, am Besten: Vespa - Parkplätze sind rar. Des weiteren das perfekte Gefährt um die Insel zu erkunden) Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, vom Platz ausreichend, erwähnenswert, die tolle Terrasse. Für uns war es der erste Besuch auf Elba und wir waren begeistert.
