LUXURY VILLA WITH ALL COMFORTS, SWIMMING POOL.

Beautiful villa completed in 2011, with swimming pool common to another villa (outdoor shower). Comfortable, neat and nice quality interior. nice and quiet place, close to sandy beaches (1st beach 2 km). Ideal for family vacations.

A terrace with table and 6 chairs in wicker, parasol, a local cooking with gas Webber BBQ. Plancha on request.

1 living / dining room, sofa, furniture, TV, air conditioning.

1 kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes.

Toilet with hand washing

Cellar: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bathrooms: large Italian shower, sink 2 basins, toilet, bidet.

3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed in 140 and 1 with 2 beds 90. Large closets and air conditioning. Each room opens onto a terrace.

The bedrooms, kitchen and living room are equipped with motorized shutters, with an order to the entrance of the house for opening and closing all the shutters.

Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie auf den Bildern, liegt wenige Autominuten vom Stadtkern Porto-Vecchios mit vielen Restaurants und SupermƤrkten entfernt in einem lƤndlichen Teil. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig und super ausgestattet. Der Check in war leicht und die Kommunikation mit Jenny sehr zuverlƤssig. Die Vermieterin hat uns zudem bei einer Autopanne sehr geholfen und Werkstatt und Abschleppservice vermittelt. Das war sehr nett und ist nicht selbstverstƤndlich, weil es sie persƶnlich viel Zeit gekostet hat. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt in einer der schƶnsten Gegenden Korsikas und die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!

Nous avons sĆ©journĆ© 2 semaines en juillet dans la villa louĆ©e par Jenny. La villa est magnifique, extrĆŖmement bien entretenue et complĆØtement climatisĆ©e. Tout est parfait. Il y a aussi un coin cuisson extĆ©rieur avec Plancha et Barbecueā€¦ Bref rien ne manque. Nous avons donc passĆ© un sĆ©jour topissime. Jenny est une hĆ“te prĆ©venante qui fait tout pour que vos vacances soient inoubliables! La villa est aussi trĆØs bien situĆ©e: sur la route qui mĆŖme Ć  Palombaggia tout en Ć©tant Ć  5 minutes en voiture du centre de Porto Vecchio. Vous pouvez donc louer cette villa les yeux fermĆ©sā€¦. Tout d'abord, merci Ć  Jenny et Ć  son mari qui sont vraiment trĆØs gentils et accueillants ! La maison est superbe, le coin calme, la piscine tranquille... Tout est rĆ©uni pour passer des vacances mĆ©morables. Je note que la maison est TRES propre, les chambres sont grandes et pleines de rangements. La cuisine est Ć©quipĆ©e donc nous pouvons cuisiner de bons petits plats ! Vous ĆŖtes Ć  5 minutes en voiture du centre ville, et proches de beaucoup de jolies plages ! N'hĆ©sitez pas, venez passer des vacances entre amis chez Jenny !

Cette maison est Ć  l'image de ce que l'on souhairerait avoir Ć  l'annĆ©e. Le premier point est la propretĆ© et la qualitĆ© des matĆ©riaux utilisĆ©s. Les chambres sont spacieuses, Ć©quipĆ©es d'immenses placards coulissants, la literie est irrĆ©prochable. La salle de bain est superbe et grande La cuisine est bien agencĆ©e, de qualitĆ©, beaucoup de rangements, cuisson Ć  gaz. Salon, SĆ M dĆ©corĆ©s avec gout Terrasse ombragĆ©e par un immense parasol avec la piscine Ć  dix mĆØtres, Nous avons passĆ© trois semaines idĆ©ales dans cette maison Jenny et son mari sont trĆØs sympathiques Situation calme, a quelques kilomĆØtres de Palombaggia. Magnifique sĆ©jour dans une maison magnifique. Tout y est prĆ©vu pour ĆŖtre aussi (voir plus) confortable que chez soi. Le mobilier est trĆØs design, sans ĆŖtre fragile et avec une touche personnelle qui rend l'atmosphĆØre trĆØs conviviale. C'Ć©tait trĆØs agrĆ©able avec les enfants. Nous avons Ć©tĆ© accueillis trĆØs chaleureusement par Jenny, avec panier gourmand corse (au top)! Elle est toujours disponible pour chaque demande, mĆŖme inhabituelle. En dehors de la piscine,bien sĆ©curisĆ©e, dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter (a cause du vent), c'Ć©tait parfait. En plus la corse est absolument magnifique! Sejour et location recommandĆ©e+++.

Une villa neuve, meublĆ©e avec goĆ»t et Ć©quipĆ©e avec soin, accueillante et d'une propretĆ© irrĆ©prochable, un environnement calme et reposant, tout en Ć©tant proche de tous les pĆ“les d'intĆ©rĆŖt, en bref le logement idĆ©al pour une semaine de dĆ©couverte(s) du sud de la Corse. MalgrĆ© une mĆ©tĆ©o " diluvienne ", notre sĆ©jour a Ć©tĆ© rendu merveilleux par les soins attentifs ( sans ĆŖtre pesants ) des propriĆ©taires, qui ont, par leur gentillesse, leurs conseils (visites, artisans, etc, (sans oublier les oeufs frais !) illuminĆ© les jours pluvieux d'un soleil formidable. Il est difficile de s'exprimer sur ce trĆØs agrĆ©able sĆ©jour en seulement 2500 caractĆØres!!!, tant on aurait de choses Ć  dire... L'accueil extrĆŖmement chaleureux des propriĆ©taires du lieux..., une trĆØs belle maison de plein pied, trĆØs fonctionnelle et dĆ©corĆ©e avec beaucoup de goĆ»t, Ć  deux pas des trĆØs belles plages de Santa Giulia et de Palombaggia qui font le succĆØs de la Corse et des randonnĆ©es en montagne dans les reliefs de l'Alta Rocca "pays d'accueil" .
