It is all about scenery

The house is perfectly situated with a stunning sea view. This has to be taken into account when you think about the price tag. It is quiet and not too far from two lovely beaches. The interior has been refurbished and everything is working well. Apart from that you have to put up with a missing wifi-signal and some broken cutlery. A comfortable sofa would do wonders, but in all it is definitely a recommendable and lovely holiday home.

Une "villa" proche de la mer

Le premier contact avec la maison n'a pas Ă©tĂ© bon: tout d'abord, la description indique "la villa est situĂ©e sur un terrain de 7307 mÂČ clĂŽturĂ© en bord de mer" alors que la maison est situĂ©e au dessus de la route et non pas au dessous. C'est donc la route qui "clĂŽt" le terrain et pas le bord de mer. Description mensongĂšre donc qui laisse entendre que la maison est "en bord de mer". Mais passĂ© cela, c'est la propretĂ© toute relative du lieu, les transats rafistolĂ©s avec du scotch, les vitres sales, les oreillers "fournis" sales et inutilisables (on a dĂ» en acheter des neufs), qui nous ont rebutĂ©. Les exigences du propriĂ©taire dans son contrat de location "vous trouverez cette villa dans un Ă©tat de propretĂ© absolu" apparaissent dĂšs lors hors de propos. Des termes dithyrambiques pour dĂ©crire la "villa" : tout est "grand" ou "trĂšs grand" de la porte au placard, jusqu'Ă  la "grande douche" qui est juste aux normes ; quant au grand lit, autant le matelas est tout Ă  fait correct, le cadre du lit Ă©met au moindre mouvement des grincements inquiĂ©tants ... En bref, un peu de modestie et beaucoup d'attention au confort des locataires seraient prĂ©fĂ©rable au long laĂŻus du contrat. Pour ce qui est du reste de l'Ă©quipement, il est tout Ă  fait apprĂ©ciable de disposer d'un vrai frigo-congĂ©lateur, d'une machine Ă  laver le linge et du reste de l'Ă©quipement mĂ©nager fourni. Quant Ă  la vue, elle est effectivement exceptionnelle et nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour.

Vue magnifique. La maison est bien orientĂ©e et l'environnement trĂšs calme (exceptĂ© le premier soir oĂč la musique annĂ©es 80 d'une des paillotes Ă©tait vraiment trĂšs forte et envahissante, et l'alarme de piscine des voisins qui sonnait plusieurs fois par jour sans qu'ils n'interviennent) Parfait pour un couple, la vaisselle est peut-ĂȘtre un peu juste pour une famille. Literie de bonne qualitĂ©.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir haben die Aussicht auf der Terrasse jeden Tag genossen! Der Strand ist ebenfalls super. Wir waren im Mai da, also war noch nicht viel los. Die Ferienwohnung ist fĂŒr 2 Personen gut geeignet. FĂŒr 5 Personen wird es allerdings eng. Kleines Manko: Die Dusche hat nur einen dĂŒnnen Strahl geliefert und das Wasser war entweder sehr heiß oder kalt. Auf Wlan muss man verzichten. Dank der wunderschönen Lage trotzdem 5 Punkte.

+ Lage + Organisation mit SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe - das objekt war nicht geputzt - beim nachfragen bei der vermieterin wurde gesagt, dass die putzfrau ausfiel, aber uns wurde nicht bescheid gegeben. uns sollte fĂŒr die unannehmlichkeit ein betrag ĂŒberwiesen werden. wir erhielten 37 franken. bei 7nĂ€chten und einem preis von 1200 franken hĂ€tten wir eine höhere summe als angemessen empfunden

Superbe vue sur la mer

La mer est trĂšs proche Ă  pied et si on veut Ă©viter les 700 metres avec dĂ©nivelĂ© il y a les parkings 5€ la journĂ©e. Location calme et tranquille, quel plaisir de prendre les repas en profitant de la vue. On reviendra avec grand plaisir mĂȘme si les moustiquaires et le vieux ventilo sont ' 'fatiguĂ©s' . Restaurant Chabraca juste en face, trĂšs pratique, c'est excellent et vue superbe.

La location est trĂšs bien situĂ©e car Ă  seulement Ă  10 min Ă  pied d’une trĂšs belle plage. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe, on ne s’en lasse pas. Point faible du logement, la qualitĂ© de la literie du canapĂ© convertible.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir waren fĂŒr eine Woche tĂ€glich auf der Terrasse in haben die Aussicht am Morgen und Abend sehr genossen. Alles wie beschrieben und sehr sauber- Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt
