Surpreendida positivamente! Hotel afastado do barulho e bagunça que acontece em Porto e Arraial, o que considero super positivo pra ter uma boa noite de sono. Quarto confortável e as instalações são excelentes num geral. A equipe de funcionários é fantástica. Muito solícitos e educados. Adorei o café da manhã "on demand", que evita desperdício e torna o café da manhã intimista já que é servido na mesinha que tem do lado de fora do quarto. Uma experiência incrível e que recomendo a todos. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar na Vila Mangaba!

Como se estivesse em casa !

Foi excelente ! Tivemos um upgrade no quarto q tornou a estadia ainda melhor ! Ficamos no loft! Muito confortável ! Recebe 5 pessoas muito bem, pois tem 2 banheiros! A escada é um pouco perigosa, mas não tivemos nenhum acidente nela! Toda a equipe nos recebeu com muito carinho, em especial a Rubia e a Lidiane ! Nos sentíamos como se estivéssemos em casa ! O café da manhã, feito de acordo com nosso pedido no dia anterior estava uma delícia ! Não regulam toalhas e oferecem toalha para piscina ! A única questão é a acústica do loft, que é bem ruim , e a localização, que de fato é no meio do nada (caso esteja de carro, isso não chega a ser um problema)

Estivemos recentemente na Vila Mangaba em uma viagem em família (casal + 2 crianças) e só posso dizer que foi uma hospedagem incrível. A Rubia é uma simpatia o que já faz da pousada um diferencial pelo nível de atendimento, com direito a cartinha de boas vindas no quarto. O quarto por sinal, de uma arrumação e limpeza impecáveis. O café da manhã é servido diretamente no quarto de acordo com agendamento prévio, o que torna o momento mais personalizado. A pousada por si só, em meio à natureza é um espetáculo e realmente me proporcionou dias de descanso em meio à natureza. Tive um contratempo com o registro de água no quarto, mas Rubia e equipe rapidamente se prontificaram em resolver e foram ágeis na solução inicial de troca de quarto até que o problema fosse resolvido definitivamente. Definitivamente ficamos com gostinho de quero mais e numa próxima oportunidade retornaremos.

Hospedagem Incrível

Tivemos uma hospedagem incrível na pousada Vila Mangaba. Atendimento excelente de todos , em especial da Rubia que é uma pessoa ímpar e espetacular . Ficando no bangalô com piscina privativa , mas também aproveitamos muito da outra piscina da pousada, assim como da sauna . Café da manhã servido em uma mesa no quarto é delicioso , tem várias opções para escolha . Certamente indicamos e voltaremos para este lugar maravilhoso.

Tudo impecável, o lugar é maravilhoso, a estrutura é incrível, os quartos super aconchegantes e todo dia era limpo e isso fez a total diferença.
