O quarto tem um ótimo tamanho! Ar condicionado eficiente, chuveiro forte com opções de água quente e fria. Iluminação elétrica razoável. Colchão com firmeza média (aceitável). O quarto tem uma boa acústica. Equipe muito simpática e prestativa! Café da manhã excelente (apesar de poucas novidades). Tapioca disponível todos os dias e a pessoa que prepara é extremamente simpática e atenciosa. Piscina muito boa, porém quente (devido ao clima). Boa área de convivência. Salão de jogos acessível.

Funcionários super simpáticos. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Quarto grande, super confortável. Localização excelente. Wifi excelente (tive que trabalhar e funcionou perfeitamente). Não usei mas vi que a sauna é ótima. O que poderia melhorar? Colchão podia ser mais firme, uma rede na varanda, horário de silêncio (fiquei de frente para o playground e tinha muito barulho até as 23 horas), limpeza onde fica a TV.
