Very well appointed apartment at the top at the of the old town perfect for exploring Porto. Minor points - front door lock a bit stiff, no low level lighting, dining table unstable so caution with hot drinks otherwise great would stay again.

The apartment was very spacious and located centrally. I loved this place. It was clean and well furnished. Only downside is there was no elevator- as this was an old building in a historic area. Instructions for check in was very clear and response time was quick. Would stay here again.

Excellent stay. Close to Metro, Train and airport about 13€ uber ride. Property even had cooking oil, salt, pepper so I could make breakfast and morning coffee. Well equipped small Market just around the block.

Great place

I stayed in Unit 3A , top floor, windows overlooking the street. The apartment is extremely spacious, well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend a few night's here.

Eventhough the apartment is located in a busy street, right in the city center, it was very nice and quiet inside the apartment. It was easy to locate, thanks to the detailed information shared beforehand. The contact with the staff was amazing. We loved every second of it!

Small apartment. Was ok for two and a short visit. Clean and safe. Very good for walking to all the main spots in Porto. Hot water did not last long for showers. The little kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and everything needed to cook a simple meal. Being down town there was a bit of noise in the early hours from the party crowds going home but not a big problem.

The Studio apartment was clean cosy with a great bed and nice view of the city skyline. A bit of noise in the early hours woke me up so i put my ear plugs in and went back to sleep. It is a city centre location so there will be noise with bars etc v close. Do NOT let this put you off however ! I enjoyed my stay. For me what makes staying here special is the staff! They were amazing always contactable and had a sense of humour! Highly recommended!

The staff was friendly and provided clear instructions, making check-in smooth. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. However, the area was quite noisy at night, often disturbing our sleep past midnight. Additionally, the bathroom door was in poor condition, frequently getting stuck and making it challenging to exit the restroom. Despite these issues, our visit was generally pleasant.

Great location in Porto

The apartment we stayed in was just a few doors down from the Church of the Clerigos tower. At the bottom of the street was the San Bento rail station and we were surrounded by patisseries, ice cream, pata bars and sweet shops - wonderful location with excellent restaurants nearby. Youropo is a hotel with many apartments at its disposal, where reception (24hours) uses WhatsApp for contact and immediately sends a person as required. It works incredibly well with several young people seeing us over the five days - one to check we’d been able to access our apartment, one to give us tickets for our trip to Braga and Guimaraes etc. Our actual apartment functioned very well with a kitchen equipped with crockery etc, a microwave/oven and two induction hot plates. The bathroom was of sufficient size (shower over the bath) and Queen bed comfy (we thought it might be too soft - but slept like logs). If anything it was slightly small for our preference. We should have looked more carefully since there are many other larger apartments. The apartment was also on the second level without a lift. Ok for us but less reasonable for some people.

So this review is a tough one for me. The positives: 1. Very centrally located and the view was incredible 2. Clean space 3. Very responsive by phone/WhatsApp The negatives: 1. The apartment layout was quite terrible. The bathroom was downstairs and the bedroom was upstairs so not the most convenient. 2. I don’t really like to have directions communicated through WhatsApp and that is exactly what the management did which I found quite odd. Email should be the first priority. 3. We didn’t know this wasn’t a hotel. The stairs were quite a hassle to move our luggage up and down two flights of long stairs. 4. It was very noisy because of the seagulls, construction, and also the parties downstairs. So overall if you’re willing to climb stairs and for it to be a bit noisy it’s a great place with a great view and very centrally located.

The communication was excellent. The location was right in the middle of all of the action. The closeness to all the tractions and activity means that it can be rather noisy at night. If you are light sleeper, this could be a problem. But the great access to everything makes it worth it .

Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la posizione del B&B: centralissima, sotto la Torre dos Clérigos e servita dagli autobus, ideale per visitare Porto a piedi o con i mezzi. Camere pulite e confortevoli, ottima accoglienza. L’unica pecca il letto, non troppo comodo, ma per il resto esperienza davvero positiva.
