とても清潔で広く、非常に過ごしやすい宿でした。レセプションのスタッフが親切です。部屋に備え付けのコーヒーメーカーのポットを割ってしまったのですが、快く取り替えていただいた上、怪我をしなかったか心配してくださいました。ポルトに再訪する際には、また利用させていただきたい宿でした。

駅からとても近くて便利でした。料金のわりに部屋が広くて、きれいです。キッチンにはいろいろ無償で取りそろえてあり、感謝です。　エレベーターが特殊でとても狭いです。フロントが24時間ではないので、夜遅くに帰ってきたとき、建物の入口の鍵がうまく開けられず、肝を冷やしました。

立地が最高！スタッフもフレンドリー

トリンダーデ駅前の立地は、どこに行くにも便利でした。室内も清潔で快適に過ごせました。スタッフもとても親切です。唯一困った点は、シャワーが高すぎる位置にある事。身長160cmの私には、使いにくかったです。

Appartement idéalement située en face de la station de métro Trindade, situation centrale pour visiter à pied. Logement très propre et confortable, nous nous y sommes sentis bien. Petit déjeuner varié, copieux, personnel tres agréable. Je recommande 😁

We had a good stay in the apartment. It was very clean and in an excellent location. Only minor issue was that the bed mattress wasn't great so you could feel ridges in it. Also the pillow was full of chunky bits of memory foam (or something like that) which wasn't at all comfortable. I contacted the property about this and they did bring a new pillow but it was very similar. Overall though we still really enjoyed our stay.

Der größte Pluspunkt ist die Lage des Hotels. Alles ist in Gehreichweite und sonst ist die Bahn 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sauber. Dem Duschkopf kann man mal ein bisschen Aufmerksamkeit widmen. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig aber für uns eindeutig zu spät. Der Check-in lief problemlos aber das gilt wohl nur für digital natives. Ein paar ältere Herrschaften hatten ganz schön zu kämpfen das ohne Personal zu stemmen. Im allgemeinen ist die Rezeption nur spärlich besetzt. Selbst die City Tax konnten wir nur begleichen, in dem wir das Geld passend auf den Tisch des Appt. gelegt haben. Das kommt mir sehr Spanisch vor und zeugt nicht von gutem Service. Das hat uns etwas geärgert. Ansonsten war der Fahrstuhl zu klein für unseren Buggy aber das ist natürlich der alten Bauweise des Gebäudes zu verdanken. Alles in allem ist das Hotel aber sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Personal súper amable . Desayuno bastante completo. Parada de bus y mercadillo justo a la puerta y metro enfrente. El único pero es que si pones que quieres pagar al llegar y llegas después de las 5 tienes que ir a pagar a un lugar que está como a 2 cuadras del lugar

Our stay at the Spot overall was great. The staff was really nice and friendly from the beginning, especially during our check-in and check-out, and also during breakfast time (btw delicious and comolete). Location was just than perfect, within walking distance to places we wanted to go but also to be picked up and dropped off by Uber when needed. The apartment was just perfect and what we needed, spacious and very cozy, with all things we needed. The only thing we did not like and I must say is the reason why we are not giving it a five star rating is because the apartment where we were located, the lounge was open until 5:30 pm, which gave us limited time or basically cut our itinerary one way or the other, to retrieve our bags during check-in or check-out. Though we are informed if any issue, we could contact a number 24 hours, we did not get any response from the number we were given when we had an issue with the A/C. Which it ended up being more an issue of a remote control setting that would not turn on/off the A/C because there was no specific instructions about how to do it, until I figured it out that it was by pressing the “mode” button several times rather than the on/off button on the remote. Another issue we had was that for some reason, there were mosquitoes, and we’re not able to keep the windows open while there to get some fresh air. Other than the issues mentioned above, I must say I would not have any problem going back to the Spot Apartment at all!

We had a very pleasant experience overall. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of five—two adults and three children—which made our stay feel relaxed and enjoyable. The location was also a big plus: just steps away from a large grocery store (Foiz), several great restaurants, and a metro station, which made getting around the city very convenient. However, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. In the evenings, traffic noise from nearby roads was noticeable, which might be disruptive for light sleepers. Additionally, we had to go to a different hotel to settle the payment, which was a bit inconvenient and unexpected. Despite these small issues, the quality of the accommodation and its excellent location made it a great choice. We'd happily recommend it to families looking for a spacious and stylish place to stay.
