You get what you pay for

Hotel is very fun down Reception staff very unfriendly Don’t take credit card and insist on cash before they give you a room key….even at 1230am Room was facing the street and it was extremely noisy all night On a positive note it was cheap and reasonably located for the old town

The location is convenient, but the dirtiness and rudeness of the staff doesn't make it worthy. Everything is filthy, mold and dust, and stains in bed covers (new ones,not cleaned). It is not cheap and in my opinion it's not worth it. It is one of the filthiest places I've ever been and I am use to travel all around the world.I wouldn't recommend it.

von vorn bis hinten habe ich mich nicht vom Personal unterstützt gefühlt, ich kam mir vor wie ein Krimineller. Taxi zum Flughafen wurde zwar organisiert, aber zu 40 Euro, was normal wo deutlich billiger zu haben ist

La struttura era pessima, la persona che mi accolta all'entrata scorbutica e non parlava nessuna lingua oltre il portoghese. Non è stata per niente di aiuto in nulla. In più la stanza era sporca e senza finestra e, per finire, c'era una vasca ma non c'era né il rubinetto né il doccino quindi non mi sono potuto lavare. Esperienza terribile!

Pension a peine moyenne

Réservation incomprise entre hôtel.com et l hôtel , une seule chambre réservée au lieu de 2 , ensuite mauvaise isolation phonique ( très bruyant en interne et idem côté rue ) salle de bain avec des fuites d eau et moisissure partout, confort de la literie moyen de plus l hôtel ne prend pas les cartes de crédit cela pourrait être très gênant pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas retiré de l argent espèce facilement , ce serai bien que hôtel.com le sache et avertisse les clients

This hotel was very well located, you can walk to every Porto's attraction easily. There are tons of restaurants, pharmacies and everything you need nearby! It is very simple, but for people that like me that only need a bed and a good shower it serves the purpose. The staff was very nice and they helped my son and I with my bags and everything else I needed! I would definitely recommend for those traveling on a budget but like to have their privacy in their own room.

Le logement est bien situé, peu cher et accessible 24h/24h. Néanmoins, l'accès se fait via une sonnette avec un passage obligatoire par la réception pour récupérer les clés à chaque entrée. Toutes les entrés et sorties sont contrôlées et il n'est pas possible de profiter de la chambre privée librement avec des amis non enregistrés.

Pulito e semplice

Pulito e semplice, sul sito era descritta come stanza singola con bagno privato, in realtà era un bagno esterno CONDIVISO con altre due stanze!!! In camera c'era doccia e lavandino. Inoltre la camera ha solo finestra che dà sul corridoio, quindi non può essere lasciata aperta quasi mai..... Il sito dovrebbe essere più esatto nella descrizione. Tuttavia per il prezzo pagato sono completamente soddisfatto, pulizia buona (controllavano più volte al giorno la pulizia del bagno), vicino al centro e al fiume.

This place has a lot of charm for the age, staff is very nice and accommodating with limited English. If you are looking for cheap place to stay with walking distance this is your place. If you are looking for good night sleep it might not happen. “Comfort of the mattress” ( at lease in our room), shy away from 1st floor-location of the reception), located in great area but on busy street with traffic!

Nice location. Interior is a bit older in style but well maintained. The beds were a bit harder than we prefer but not horrible. It was nice that they provided laundry services at 6€/basket. Easy walking to servers major sites in Porto. Only issue we had was locating parking as there is no parking on site for the hotel.

surprise - they don't tell you in advance that they don't take credit cards. and it's so f--king cold, not even their portable heater works. the staff wear their coat and there's not enough to move in the B/R since they have a bidette in there too. no bkfast. find a better hotel. i would not come back here.
