Tolles Hotel in toller Lage. So viel fußläufig zu erreichen. Ich habe ein Geburtstagspaket mit Kuchen, Blumen und Karte dazu genommen und alles lief reibungslos. Die Torte war sogar selbst gemacht und unglaublich gut. Total schöne Blumen und die hangeschriebene Karte sogar mit lieben details versehen. Service, Hotel, Lage,...alles TOP.

Everything was perfect. Top notch service, great room, and great breakfast. The location is worth noting. There are literally 2 dozen bars and restaurants within a few blocks. All with a local vibe. Not touristy like near the river (which is quick walk away). There's even a grocery store less than 2 blocks away. Love this place!

This was an absolute gem of a find. Small, boutique style hotel at a very reasonable rate. Staff were incredible - super welcoming, friendly and fun - we really felt that we were being taken care of. Room was beautifully decorated, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was amazing. Would 100% recommend.

Travel in late April 2026 to Porto. This is a small hotel with only 9 rooms. Rooms are large with a small kitchen that we didn't use. All staff were very friendly and helpful. A minor complaint is the bath shower accumulate water when showering. Not to have the water flow too much and sweep the water toward the drainage when showering. Certain rooms face the back where there are restaurants. So at night can be noisy. But people tend to clear before midnight.

Prim & Proper exceeded our expectations. The room was pristine. The attention to decors was impeccable. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was simply amazing and they did a great job customizing the food to your needs. The location is perfect—within walking distance to many sites and food spots. Would stay here again. Prim and proper was a great stay, the rooms are perfect and the staff are friendly. The breakfast was good but don’t expect a big buffet. Good dining options nearby (casa Guedes, get the de casa). Would definitely stay again when in Lisbon.

Spectacular Stay at Prim & Proper

Our stay was so enjoyable and lovely. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Also, we were able to sleep very well thanks to blackout shutters. We had the breakfast every morning and it was delicious and the coffee fueled our Porto exploration. I have already told friends and family to stay here when they visit.

What can I say about Prim and Proper? From the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out, the service and overall experience was top-notch. Every single member of the staff that we interacted with were positive, attentive, warm, helpful, and professional -- from the front desk, all the way to the cook in the restaurant. There aren't enough words to describe how well we were taken care of. The décor and vibe of the entire property is also on point, and the rooms are the kind you actually look forward to coming back to after being out all day. On check in, we were welcomed with a complimentary meat and cheese board, as well as two lovely glasses of red wine. Our package also included breakfast, which was always prepared fresh to order, and tasted delicious. Our room was clean, organized and properly stocked (though maybe some hooks in room 4.2 to hang bathrobes/bath towels would be nice). Cannot say enough good things about the exemplary level of care exhibited at this hotel. Suffice to say, we will be back, and would wholeheartedly recommend Prim and Proper due to their aspirational level of hospitality and attention to detail. Boendet var väldigt fint och mysigt. Det var ett stort rum med mycket fina inredningsdetaljer. Det doftade alltid gott och var rent. Personalen var mycket snälla och hjälpsamma. Frukosten var superbra, det är ingen buffé utan görs på beställning men det fanns många alternativ och allt var färskt. Ljuset i rummen är ganska dova och mörka och det var svårt att sminka sig i spegeln, det fanns en uppladdningsbar lampa med starkare ljus som man fäste på spegeln som fungerade bra men den tog snabbt slut på batteri. Dock kunde man ladda den i receptionen vilket personalen hjälpte till med. Sängen är ganska hård men det är väl en personlig preferens vad man gillar. Vi fick en extra tjock filt att lägga på. Jättefint boende med trevlig, hjälpsam personal och god frukost.

Delightful and very helpful staff. In a great area with wide and varied dining options close by with all of the tourists attractions well within walking distance. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful interiors and amazing staff. Only thing is, when we booked the room it said there was a king bed in the room. All the rooms said king actually. It was not a king bed - it was a queen sized bed. So just be aware of that when booking. The hotel should probably adjust this on the site.

Utmärkt litet personligt hotel

Litet exklusivt hotel med 9 rum. Gatan utanför är lite ruff men inuti hotellet finns värme och känsla för detaljer. Väldigt prisvärt. Ta till stan och alla attraktioner. Hjälpsam personal och väldigt personligt. God frukost. Stark rekommendation
