The Neighborhood:

It will be located on Rua do Bonjardim, just a 5-minute walk from Porto City Hall and the city's landmark: Avenida dos Aliados. Practically across the street, you will be near great restaurants like Vaccarum and Almeja. Go there and try for yourself. Don’t miss a walk down Rua de Santa Catarina, Praça da Batalha, Sé Cathedral, São Bento Station, and Praça da Ribeira.



To stock up, walk about 250 meters to find supermarkets on Rua de Sá da Bandeira. There is also the Trindade Parking (paid) just 2 minutes from the apartment. For longer trips, you’ll have the Trindade metro station 300 meters away, connecting you to all the city's transportation.

Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



In case you lose the key, a fee will apply (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's intervention to open the door, there will be a €40 fee after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – price upon request.



If you're thinking of bringing your pet, please note that the final price shown in your reservation includes only one pet. If you're bringing more than one, please contact us.



For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses up to €190. If these expenses exceed that amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees to allow entry of a collaborator for property inspection, whenever requested by the host, and monthly visits for this purpose are expected.
