The Space:

This apartment, located on the 1st floor with street views, is perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay in Porto.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom with a king-size bed, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor area. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a full kitchen.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in Foz do Douro, a charming seaside area famous for its stunning beaches such as Praia da Luz and Praia do Ourigo, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The area offers a variety of gastronomic options, from international cuisine restaurants to authentic Portuguese flavors. A short walk away, you will find the Foz Market, where you can buy traditional Porto products. For shopping enthusiasts, the area is full of luxury boutiques and art galleries. The seafront invites you to stroll or cycle, take a dip in the sea, or simply relax on a terrace overlooking the ocean. For those seeking culture, the center of Porto is just a 10-minute drive away, with easy access to public transport, including buses a 1-minute walk from the apartment.



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (please contact us for prices). The apartment is well located with easy access to an extensive public transport network. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is just a 15-minute drive or public transport ride away.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.



If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.



If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a cost of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation.



For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow a team member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits being scheduled for this purpose.
