Guest bathroom: An added convenience. On the second floor, you’ll find: Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, perfect for accommodating friends or family. Balcony: An outdoor space to relax and enjoy the view. Suite: A bedroom with a double bed and a private balcony. Bathroom: Fully equipped for your comfort. Guest Access:
Full access to the entire flat is guaranteed! Guests are welcome to use all 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, the kitchen, dining room, balcony and study area. The flat is equipped with air conditioning, bed linen, cable TV, Wi-Fi and much more. Ideal for families and longer stays.
The Neighborhood:
Discover the vibrant neighbourhood around Avenida Fernão de Magalhães, where convenience meets local charm. Just a short walk away, you’ll find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and cafés to meet all your needs. Treat yourself to some Portuguese cuisine at Restaurante Manuel Alves, just a few metres away. To explore the city, the Barros Lima bus stop is just 70 metres away, with routes 305, 401 and 800 taking you directly to the centre of Porto. The Campo 24 de Agosto Coach Station is a 10-minute walk away, and paid public parking is also available within walking distance.
Getting Around:
For your convenience, we offer a transfer service (price on request). The property benefits from excellent public transport links. The nearest underground station is just a short walk away, making it easy to reach the city centre and other areas of interest. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 15-minute drive away. Paid parking is available near the accommodation.
Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.
If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
If you lose the key, a fee will be applied (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s intervention to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be subject to consultation.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utility limit of €270 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package. Any amount exceeding this limit will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees to allow access to the property for inspections whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected.
We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to request it (price upon consultation).
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon consultation).
