Host was excellent - had very good communications and helpful before, during and after stay. There was an issue with pick-up from airport and leaving bags until apartment was ready but this was sorted swiftly and professionally. Fantastic location!

Apartment is nice, clean and conveniently located. Owners are easily reachable and we felt safe. 2 notes: its on a hill so you will have to walk to the end of the corner for ubers and the breakfast is not at the property. Its at a diner 5 minutes away and the options are limited to 9 euro per person.

The location is perfect. Clerigs Tower is around the corner, Sao Bento station and Livrera Lello are 5 mins away by walking. The host messaged to me in advance for a smooth check in process and he responded quick. There is no reception. The building and room were really old and outdated. I was disappointed especially for kitchen. I couldn’t use electric kettle, because it was really dirty. The counter had chips and curtains were stained. This needs some serious updates. The water pressure from the shower and sinks were good. There was no issue with using hot water.

Location location location! This apartment is located one street below Clerigos tower, and you can see it from the top floor apartment. The apartment is well managed and had everything we needed for a safe and comfortable stay. We walked everywhere and rented the two top floor apartments for our family. Small spaces with a well equipped kit hen too. Many shops nearby but insulated from the traffic. Highly recommend!

Great place in Porto

Well designed, modern, spotless apartment on a side street in Porto. They thought of everything - a first aid kit, info on how to call emergency services, shopping nearby, etc. Owners/managers Hugo and Gabriela met me at the apartment and gave me all the info I needed. They were extremely communicative and responsive on Whatsapp before and during my stay. The Welcome Basket had water, chocolate and a bottle of port. What could be better! A note - if you can't walk up a steep street or steep stairs, this is not a good place for you. When I go back to Porto sometime (there's tons to do), I would stay here again.

The apartment is well located in central Porto, within walking distance to all major attractions, and it's pretty quiet as well in the evening. Property owner is very responsive with communication, reaching out to us after booking, answering questions before arriving, arranging transport from the airport to the apartment, and giving us recommendations on sightseeing, shopping and dinning. The kitchen area of the apartment is a little tight, but we didn't need to cookso it is fine. The main bedroom is quite large and AC in the apartment helps in the hot summer days. The only complaint was the bed made loud squeaking noice when sitting down or turning, and during our stay, the blanket felt not dry, so it was a little uncomfortable. Overall, we had a good time at Porto and recommend this apartment.

This apartment was everything we needed and more, and the owner was very communicative and helpful. It felt both quiet and calm while being just a few steps away from some of Porto's most popular areas, like the Torre dos Clérigos, whose lovely bells you can hear from the apartment. Overall a truly lovely place to stay.
