The living area, characterised by its beautiful wooden flooring, is equipped with a sofa, television and a charming dining area with wicker chairs, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The modern kitchen is ideal for preparing your meals. In addition to pots and basic crockery, it is equipped with a hob, coffee machine, refrigerator and other essential appliances to assist you in your daily routine.

Access to the inviting balcony is from the main space, allowing you to extend your leisure area outdoors. Furnished with two lounge chairs, it is the perfect retreat for your morning coffee al fresco or simply to relax while enjoying the fantastic natural light that fills the entire apartment.

The bedroom is harmoniously decorated, equipped with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps and a practical wardrobe so you can keep your belongings organised.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and access is exclusively via stairs — not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Located on one of the most charismatic and central streets of Vila Nova de Gaia, this accommodation places you at the epicentre of the famous and historic Port Wine district. The energy of this neighbourhood is vibrant and incredibly welcoming, combining the charm of centuries-old traditions with outstanding cultural and gastronomic offerings. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can immerse yourself in history through visits and tastings at the iconic Port Wine Cellars or explore the modern and unmissable WOW (World of Wine) cultural complex. We suggest walking to the nearby and stunning Jardim do Morro or the Mosteiro da Serra do Pilar in the late afternoon: be prepared for an unforgettable sunset with the best panoramic view over the Douro River and the city of Porto, all set in a relaxed atmosphere often enlivened by street musicians.

Despite enjoying all the charm of the south bank, the proximity to Porto's Historic Centre (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is absolutely unbeatable. A short and picturesque walk across the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge (either via the upper deck for a breathtaking view, or via the lower deck directly to the Cais da Ribeira) will bring you to the heart of 'Invicta'. You'll quickly find yourself exploring the colourful and winding riverside alleyways, admiring the wonderful azulejos of São Bento Station or climbing the imposing Torre dos Clérigos, before easily returning to the peace of your accommodation.

In addition to being the perfect base for experiencing both banks of the river to the fullest, this location benefits from fantastic access to public transport (such as the metro and the General Torres train station), making day trips extremely convenient. Take the train and head down the coast to the charming city of Aveiro (known for its canals and traditional moliceiros) or enjoy the extensive beaches of Espinho. Head north or east to be captivated by the monumental grandeur of Braga, discover the birthplace of Portugal in the medieval streets of Guimarães, or embark on an unforgettable journey through the lush terraced hillsides of the Douro Valley.

The property is located in Vila Nova de Gaia, one of the most emblematic cities in the Porto Metropolitan Area, known for its Port Wine cellars and stunning views over the Douro River.

By metro, Jardim do Morro station (Line D – Yellow) is just a few minutes' walk away, with direct connections to Porto's city centre (São Bento, Trindade, Aliados) in approximately 10 minutes. General Torres station is also nearby.

By bus, STCP and Transdev offer various lines covering Porto, Gaia and surrounding areas.

By car, the A1 motorway and the VCI (Via de Cintura Interna) are easily accessible, allowing quick connections to Porto (approximately 5 to 10 minutes) and other cities in northern Portugal.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (Porto) is approximately 20 to 25 minutes by car or about 40 minutes by metro. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are readily available in the area.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be required to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy applies with a limit of €80 included.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door-opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
