Ideal for families or groups of friends, the property features a stunning and spacious living and dining area. The social area is equipped with a large and comfortable sofa with chaise longue, a dining table and a large TV, making it the perfect space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it has a generous fridge, oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine, dishwasher and other practical built-in appliances to assist you in your daily life.

All areas have natural light and the kitchen, living room and two of the bedrooms have direct access to the balcony. The expansive balcony is the true gem of the property, offering outdoor furniture and a stunning, uninterrupted panoramic view over the Douro River.

The sleeping area comprises three harmoniously decorated bedrooms, providing a serene atmosphere. All are equipped with comfortable double beds and wardrobes to store your belongings in an organised manner. Two of these bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms.

The apartment has a total of 4 bathrooms with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

During your stay, you can also enjoy sunny days at the fantastic shared outdoor pool in the condominium, but please note that pool use is limited to 4 guests simultaneously.

There is also parking available in the condominium, subject to availability. Parking is managed by the condominium concierge, available 24 hours a day.

Located in Valbom, this accommodation offers you the privilege of waking up next to the serenity of the Douro River. The energy of this neighbourhood is marked by a perfect harmony between the traditional atmosphere and the natural beauty of the riverside. Just a few minutes away, you will find the Passadiços de Gramido, a stunning riverside path ideal for late afternoon walks or bike rides, culminating in the Gramido area, known for its excellent gastronomy and terraces overlooking the river. The nearby Marina do Freixo adds a touch of sophistication and nautical leisure to this exclusive area.

Despite the tranquillity this address offers, the vibrant energy of Porto's Historic Centre (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is just a short drive or transport ride away. Following the scenic Douro riverside road, you will quickly reach the iconic Ribeira, where you can cross the Dom Luís I Bridge to visit the Port Wine Cellars. You will be a step away from all the must-see attractions of the "Invicta City", such as São Bento Station, the Clérigos Tower and the Palácio da Bolsa, allowing you to experience the city's buzz during the day and return to the calm of the river at night.

For those wishing to explore beyond Porto, this location is an exceptional logistical base. Thanks to quick access to the main motorways (VCI, A1 and A29), you can easily plan unforgettable trips. You can head inland and discover the unique landscapes of the Douro Vinhateiro Valley, or travel north to visit the birthplace of the nation in Guimarães and the millenary history of Braga. If you prefer the coast, the city of Aveiro, with its canals and ovos moles, or the beaches of Vila Nova de Gaia are a short distance away, making this accommodation the ideal starting point to discover the best of Northern and Central Portugal.

The nearest train station, Porto – Campanhã (CP / Linha do Norte), is about a 7-minute drive away and offers regular regional and national connections, including Porto (São Bento / Campanhã) and other destinations.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

On the day of check-in, you will be personally welcomed for a property tour and key handover. You will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00).

Before check-in, we will send you the check-in options and instructions for key collection. Please note that in-person check-in with a concierge costs €10, subject to availability.

We provide toiletries for first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bag. Please let us know if you need additional cleaning or extra bed linen, which we will provide at an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property, including all smoking products and devices. Should our team find evidence of non-compliance with this rule (e.g.: smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200.

For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

Extra keys: €20 (additional pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during your stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the value of the cleaning fee.
Additional linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, when the sofa bed is not included).
