We had great expectations, unfortunately we were disappointed when we arrived ....The negatives were unfortunately very uncomfortable and akward.Upon arrival, we noticed that an important item was missing — the living room curtain. This was essential, as two of us were sleeping in the living room.Even on one evening, while relaxing on the couch, the neighbors across the street waved at us while we were in our pajamas. It was very uncomfortable and offered absolutely no privacy.During the first week, we were in constant contact with GuestReady via email and phone over this issue, but this did not lead to a solution. We were told the matter would be resolved quickly, yet by the time we checked out, no solution had been provided — only a 10% refund, which does not reflect the seriousness of our complaint.In addition, there were other issues. In Porto, it is common practice in holiday accommodations to provide fresh bed linen and towels after 7 days. However, we did not receive these. When I mentioned that these items were missing, I was informed that there would be an additional charge of 30. This is unprofessional and unfriendly towards customers.We had to buy some ourselfs. Also the intercome does not work!! The experience caused us more stress and frustration than the feeling of enjoying a pleasant holiday.There were positives about the stay as well,.a big and clean shower, the nice & good working airconditioning, it helped a lot on hot days.
