Guests must pick-up the keys at the Welcome Centre located in Porto. Arrivals from 23:00 (11pm) to 06:00 (06am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in).

All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.

Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.

All the remaining payments must be made in cash.

Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.

Lockers - We have lockers available at the Welcome Centre in Porto for an additional cost.

Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.

The welcome and service were excellent. We were greeted so warmly and friendly at the check-in desk, which was a very pleasant experience. The apartment itself is lovely and centrally located, though it does have a few minor defects. However, these didn't have a negative impact on our stay.

FLH nous dit qu’il n’ont aucune réservation sous le nom de Diane Viens no. de réservation 26047247 Santa Catarina Duplex. Nous attendons à ce jour un remboursement dû au changement d’appartement de dernière minute ( très petit qui nous a placé dans une grande déception et i incertitude déception etinc

there was a number of things that were not fixed. 1. No soap dish in shower 2. Freezer full of frost 3. kitchen sink loose 4. stain on couch. If the host put everything in working order, it would be fine as location is good Also to make sure people know that they meed to walk jp 4 fligjts lfstairs.

Très bon séjour dans un duplex très bien situé ! A proximité des transports, des restaurants etc Duplex lumineux et atypique. Manque quelques équipements (micro-onde, lave-vaisselle parce que l'évier est trop petit...). Ville chaleureuse, animée riche en patrimoine. Belle découverte !

Great location!

The accommodations were very nice and in a great location for exploring the city! Conveniently close to train stations for easy access in and out of Porto. Apartment was clean and put together upon arrival. Shower did tend to get water onto the floor of the bathroom and had to bed cleaned up frequently. Also kitchen sink was slightly broken but still able to be used. Would definitely recommend staying here, great views and accommodation!

Loved the location!

Ease of acess around the city. This property is in direct sunlight for large part of the day which is great, but this property would benefit in upgrading the standing fans since there is no a/c.

HOT and broken.

Location was wonderful! The accommodations were VERY HOT even with the fans provided. It would have been unbearable without them. Contacted the management company about the shower being broken and never received a reply. Only provided 2 towels for a 5 night stay and it was not enough. Porto is a beautiful city.

Séjour enrichissant

Appartement bien placé permettant de rayonner dans la ville, le plus souvent à pied, d'être en contact avec les petits commerçants du quartier et d'avoir accès à toutes les richesses et singularités.Le tramway et le métro nous ont permis quelques visites plus périphériques mais nous en gardons surtout, après cette immersion dans la ville, l'envie d'y vivre.

wunderschöne Wohung in super Lage

Der Aufenthalt war super. Es ist etwas umständlich und zeitaufwändig den Schlüssel extra im Office ab zu holen, aber es hat alles super geklappt.Die Lage der Wohnung ist super und sehr schön eingerichtet.

L'appartamento è situato in una strada pedonale centrica, ricca di negozi. Ha un arredamento ed una architettura moderna, calda e confortevole.....la concezione degli spazi è geniale e l'atmosfera rilassante e fresca. Lo consiglio vivamente.
