ドウロ川と歴史地区を一望できる最高のロケーション。 朝昼晩と刻々と変わる景色のグラデーションを楽しめます。 施設入り口から部屋までの狭くて急勾配の階段は、スーツケースを持ち上がるのに大きなパワーが必要で、女性には多少難しい可能性を含みます。 ただそれ以上に素晴らしい景色が待っています。

Disappointing Stay — Needs Improvement This is a very old building that desperately needs improvement. The stairs leading to the rooms are extremely narrow, and to make matters worse, cleaning bags are often left at the bottom of the stairs, making it even more difficult to pass. Inside the room, the floor feels uneven, as if you are constantly leaning toward the left. The shower and sink also have drainage issues, with water overflowing when washing up. Another major problem is the smell coming from the restaurants, which is impossible to avoid and makes the stay less pleasant. The positive aspects are that the hotel is close to everything, and it has a pleasant view. However, for the price, I would definitely not recommend staying here. The overall condition and lack of comfort do not justify the cost.

There is good and bad to this place. The good Amazing view, excellent location,,comfortable bed, decent amenities and clean for the age of the place. Do not rent if you have mobility issues The stairs to the unit ar very steep,narrow, uneven and smelly. The apartment could use some updating, the fridge leaks which has caused some floor issues, and it could use a new rug and a paint job

The Douro River apartments might actually be selling themselves short when it comes to location. The hotel is on the Gaia side of the river, which has a clean, spacious, lively feel and is loaded with shops, market stalls, delicious restaurants, and all of the wine tasting rooms. The apartments are also just 1 block away from the south side of of the lower level of the Dom Luis I Bridge, and within 5 minutes, you can be on the Ribeira side. However, what really makes Douro Riverside most fantastic is the stunning views from the apartment. Windows of Porto across the river. No matter what time of day or night, the city is a picture-perfect display. One word of caution, this amazing view comes with some pretty steep, narrow stairs and no elevator.... but the location and views are worth it.

The location was great, it’s right at the center of Riberia for a fraction of the price. A plus for having available parking to drop off the car and walk everywhere! It’s perfect for the location. The room needs a little update, perhaps the carpet needs to go, otherwise it was great !

This was a truly unique and amazing place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Gaia. The views from the room are incredible and it is perfectly located. The shower is a tad small for me (5’11” 210lbs) however it worked and the rest of the room easily offset any downsides.

Amazing view, incredible location

Overall, great stay. Top notch communication from the start. The apartment was cozy and comfortable and amazingly located. 5 mins walk to anything and everything. The view was incredible out of the kitchen window. We loved it.

The view alone is worth the price. Great location with walking distance to attractions and the riverside walk. Owners are super kind with quick responses and the room was very clean. I'd not hesitate to book here again for my next visit to Porto.
