Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Beautiful view, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the property was unacceptable.The bedsheets were stained and appeared dirty, majority of the towels were stained, and the duvet stored in the closet was badly stained and looked to be dirty. We also found dirt and debris behind and underneath the bed, which made the property feel poorly cleaned and not properly prepared for guests.We contacted the host during our stay, explained the issues, and specifically requested clean bedding and towels. Unfortunately, the problems were not adequately resolved while we were there. That was especially disappointing because clean linens and a properly cleaned sleeping area are basic expectations for any vacation rental.The property also requires walking up and down a fairly steep hill, which can be difficult with luggage, children, or for anyone with mobility concerns.The view is lovely, but the poor cleanliness and lack of an effective resolution during our stay significantly affected our experience. We would not stay here again unless major improvements are made to housekeeping and linen standards.
