We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire visit. Everyone made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our experience here and would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you have the chance. We would happily stay here again!

Very spacious apartment that was so clean and modern, with everything you need for a short stay! Staff were so helpful and provided us with lots of top tips for our first time in Porto. Location was perfect, within walking distance to all main attractions and a nearby metro when needed!

Exceptional stay! The location is absolutely fantastic, close to everything, great restaurants and shops in the area, super close to the metro. The staff is wonderful, so welcoming, always ready to help, answer questions, make recommendations, book restaurant reservations - anything you need. The apartment itself is great too, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need. The breakfast was really good, especially the homemade items. Highly recommend!!

Perfect location and the staff were incredible. After forgetting my phone in the cab from the airport, the front desk lady was on the phone calling them and assisted me in getting it back. She even walked to the corner with us to help translate with the driver. Saved my trip and my sanity! Thank you!!!

We stayed in one of the apartments at the back of the hotel, only accessible by stairs. The room was beautiful, a very comfortable king-sized bed, lovely bathroom, kitchenette, and living room, and the highlight was a patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and a short walk from both the subway and the market. The staff were outstanding, very helpful with dinner reservations and any other questions we had.We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Felt Like Home Away From Home ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us like old friends. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help, and they went out of their way to make our stay special. They even offered to make breakfast to go early before our morning tour, and pre-packed a breakfast for our early flight home. Thoughtful touches like these made all the difference. The room was spotless, with fresh linens. You could tell real care went into every detail. We left feeling like part of the family rather than just guests. We can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Our room (really a studio apartment) was wonderful! It had a large bathroom, kitchenette, and everything we needed. It was quiet, close to lots of shops and restaurants, as well as the Mercado do Bolhao which we loved! Would stay at Bloom House again for sure!

We loved this hotel. The suite was dated, but clean and had everything needed to cook breakfast. Location was ideal. Right in the heart of Porto. Staff were friendly and helpful. Carla helped us get to the bus station easily.

This was our favourite place to stay during our trip (we had 5 places while travelling in Portugal and Spain). This was a great location. It was off a busy pedestrian street but because our accommodation was set behind the main reception building and up the stairs, it was very private and peaceful. We even had our own little private outdoor space that we used in the evening to enjoy port/wine. The bed was comfortable, great bathroom and shower. The kitchen had everything you need to eat, cook, have coffee, wine, etc. The girl at the front desk was very kind and very helpful. We even received a small bottle of port upon arrival, which we enjoyed on the outdoor space. A very lovely stay - thank you!!
