Brilliant stay for international travellers, hospitible staff who are accomodating to non-portugese speakers. Rooms are well stocked and complementary items go beyond expectations. Great facilities with plenty of hot water and all soaps/toothpaste included. Cannot reccomend highly enough.

The hotel had amazing breakfast options and were super accommodating. The options aren’t available yet as the hotel is still being renovated but I can only imagine how amazing the spa service will be !

All the staff was amazing. The front desk and the restaurant personell were fantastic. They were always willing to help and went above and beyond. All staff should be recognized but in particular, a big shout out to Patricia, Bruno, Hugo, Paolo, Pedro and Flavia. This is just to name a few. We highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and great accommodations.

Artcore Hotel is a gorgeous hotel in a lovely part of Porto. From start to finish, everything was wonderful — the staff greeted us with warm smiles and said goodbye the same way. The room was cozy and spotless, and the bathroom was perfect with heated floors — such a treat after a long day of walking! Breakfast was not only delicious, but also served in the room with great variety — fresh, elegant, and the perfect start to each day. The mini-bar was fully stocked with beer and soft drinks for free. The hotel design was impeccable — stylish, modern, and full of beautiful details The lobby welcomed us with refreshments, fruits, and candy nuts served on the table — a lovely touch that made us feel truly at home.

I booked the Artcore Hotel in Porto before it even opened, so I was a little unsure what to expect. However, I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels, and I was absolutely blown away by this one. The staff and facilities are exceptional for the price. The rooms are modern, very comfortable, and spotless. The location is excellent — around 18km from the airport and right in town, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Hugo on reception was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary mini bar was a really nice touch, with a couple of beers, Coke, and plenty of water, and there were also fruit and sweets available at reception. The bar area had a relaxed, welcoming feel, and breakfast was simply sensational. For the price, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in — great value, excellent quality, and genuinely warm service. The pool wasn’t quite finished during our visit as the hotel had only recently opened, so I can’t review that part yet — but I hope to be back soon with work and will definitely book again. 10/10 – keep up the same standards and you’ll do very well.

Amazing Customer Service!

Our stay at Artcore Hotel Porto was amazing! This recently opened hotel is in an excellent location, outside the crowds of inner city Porto, but an easy walking distance to all the landmarks. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the food and service were excellent! But what made the hotel a standout was the customer service. We've stayed at some very expensive, well-known hotels in the past, but their customer service did not compare to that of Artcore Hotel Porto. The general manager, waiters and front desk employees went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. I wish I could remember all their names, but it's been a couple of weeks. One employee spent at least a half hour telling us what sights we should visit and how to get there; another came by our room to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Snacks and water were available everyday by the front desk. I highly recommend this hotel! We were in Portugal and Spain for two weeks, and this one definitely stood out!

I was absolutely delighted with this hotel. The service I received was the best of the six hotels I stayed in during this trip. Bruno, the head of reception, went out of his way to ensure our complete satisfaction. On my birthday, I was spoiled from morning till night. At breakfast, they sang "Happy Birthday" to me with a cupcake and two glasses of champagne. In the afternoon, they offered us a glass of vino de Oporto, and when I arrived in the room that afternoon, there was a greeting card with a bottle of champagne and a mini cake—delicious! Also, the entire hotel is sparkling clean, smells wonderful from the moment you walk in, and they have not only flavored waters but also snacks you can have 24 hours at the lobby. The rooms are super clean and smell lovely. We were surprised that the included breakfast was à la carte; everything was delicious, and the service at the restaurant was excellent as well. I recommend it to anyone visiting Porto, and I will definitely return. Bruno, along with all the staff, made us feel very like never before in a hotel. Thank you!

The hotel was fantastic, but the bar lacked a little ambience and when asked for a beer for round the pool served the smallest beer ever seen at the cost of €6. So we felt it was not worth drinking round the pool which was unfortunate as this would have been a lovely way to end our day.
