Our stay was great, but there were a couple of things worth noting: PROS: -location!! So close to everything! -balcony -size -comfortable mattress -staff communication and helpfulness CONS: -unit has more wear and tear than the pics depict. -shower walls needed scrubbed. -little black flies in the shower/bathroom the whole stay.

Pros and Cons are the best way to do this. Pros: - Great location - Lift worked, stairs, entrance, approach all good - Key system good - Lovely balcony onto quiet back space - wine/biscuits appreciated - Quiet - Decent size - well equipped - 90% clean Cons: - Odd selection of teabags/no coffee sachets - Small black flies in shower - Coffee machine think was broken (rather than human error) - "wood effect" floor looked awful in main part of the space and by the shower (and compared with 2 other apartments in the same block we got to see), - No headrest for the bed so unable to sit up in bed - need wider bed sheet, more pillows - Main issue that spoiled the stay and so why I mark you not highly is that communication was poor: phone number didn't work after my messages via the app got no answer when woke to a dribble of water. Went out until late evening having only a flannel wash with the dribble of water I had managed to get. Came back to still no water. Unable to flush the toilet. Found a whatsapp number and got a quick reply, if only I had known the best option. Was asked to find the boiler. After sending photos to track it down, it was clear there was an issue that could not be resolved immediately. Before bed I said we needed a shower before the airport early the following morning and asked if another apartment was available. Chased it again in the morning. Given the apartment opposite thankfully.

Apartment was very nice, good location, comfy bed, was allowed to stay extra hour for late check out which was very nice. Only minus was that shower got cold quickly, which wasnt very good when 3 people stayed in a apartment and only 1 could have shower.Other than that we enjoyed out stay!

This property was clean and comfortable for our week long stay. Centrally located near lots of shopping, restaurants and entertainment options. We were able to easily message if we needed things like fresh towels etc.

The room was quiet, clean and spacious. The appliances were fine. The location is close to Metro, groceries, cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Customer service via WhatsApp was quick. Towels are only changed for 8 night stays. An extra set of towels would have been appreciated after 4 nights.

Nice apartment

The apartment is nice. The queen bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Only thing I would change is to provide more toiletries; ie toilet paper, soap etc we bought toilet paper. And had to ask for SOPa which they brought to us. Also maybe some instructions about using the stove/oven. I had no idea how to use it but it was in a good location and they communicated well with us. Property looks new and well maintained.

Online check in process was very frustrating and time consuming. Once we eventually got in the apartment was reasonable. It was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was fairly comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with a nespresso machine. The couch was badly stained and very uncomfortable. By putting throw cushions on the seats and arm rests it was tolerable. There are no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom so we were unable to hang up towels to dry. Location is good, close to metro and restaurants.

The accommodation was spacious, well decorated, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to reach the airport and all the main sightseeing attractions. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the area felt safe and convenient to explore. The property was generally clean and well maintained. However, the bathroom would benefit from a more thorough deep clean, as it seemed to receive only routine cleaning. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

The studio is very spacious and the price was excellent value. There’s no reception on-site, so all communication is handled through WhatsApp, but the staff were responsive and helpful. I requested laundry detergent late at night, and it was delivered the following day. The location is slightly uphill from central Porto, but still within a reasonable walking distance. The property was overall spotless, although I did notice a couple of small insects in the bathroom (likely from the bathroom vent or drain). Aside from that, everything was clean and well maintained. The area also feels safe, even until late at night. Overall, I would recommend this property.

The check in process to verify your identity was frustrating. After an hour of trying i had to call to get the check in details. The apartment was cery pleasant but the mattress needed replaxing badly.

Difficult check in - hard to find entrance

No reception, and when we arrived at the destination (was kinda hard to find). We found out that they had sent a text via whatsapp for city tax. And would not let us in before we paid the taxes. The text was actually sent to a friend of mine, so we had some troubles getting it. The lady on the phone was not polite. We were standing outside in the darkness, and was told to pay before we got the code to the building. Luckily some guests came and opened the door, so we didn't have to stand out there in the darkness, with phones, baggage and wallets. Not happy. Once the form was fixed and paid, we got the code to the building. After that it was almost ok. The door to the room had a difficult luck and we needed to turn it around like 3 and a half time to lock and unlock.. Took some learning. The apartment was lovely. We had booked for 9 nights. Only slept there for 2 nights, went to Madeira, since it was raining the whole week in Porto.

De sleutel gaat via een sleutellocker, en uur voor aankomst ontvang je de code voor de voordeur en sleutel kluis. Dat verliep heel vlot. Bij aankomst een flesje wijn en koekjes. Wc papier, keukenrol, koffie voor de eerste dag etc was aanwezig. Handdoeken ook, enkel 2 per persoon. Dus als je langer blijft, dan moet je deze tussen door wassen. Een bezem of stofzuiger was er niet, waardoor de vloer toch vies wordt naar een aantal dagen. Dat vond ik persoonlijk erg jammer. Evenals de kast deurtjes en badkamerdeur niet helemaal schoon waren. En er grote vlekken op de muur zitten. Je kon de handdoeken ook nergens ophangen, dat vond ik echt een irritatie factor. De ligging was super, en er was een lift, ondanks dat er bij de beschrijving staat dat deze niet aanwezig is. Als tip buitenom de handdoek haken op de badkamer, wat meer glazen/bekers. Er is een vaatwasser, maar die zet ik niet aan voor 2 kopjes en 2 glazen.
