- Check-in starts at 3pm and ends at midnight - after that time, a fee of €15 will be charged.

- Departures end at 11 am; after that time, you will be charged midnight and if you want to check out after 2 pm, you will be charged a full night's stay.

- Important to know: the city of Porto is adapting itself for the greater comfort of our tourists, and at this moment, in this location there is a construction in progress (expansion of the subway line).

- If you need a baby cot, we can provide one for €39.

- For reservations during New Year's Eve, exceptionally, a deposit of € 300.00 may be charged.

- Would you like your pet's company? You can bring it with you for an additional charge to be returned in full at the end of your stay if there is no damage (200€).

- The tourist tax in Porto has a cost of 2 euros per night per person, up to 7 nights (already included in the booking fee).
