FAQS

- Check-in starts at 3pm and ends at midnight - after that time, you will be charged a fee of 15€.

- Check-outs end at 11am; after that time, you will be charged midnight and if you want to check out after 2pm, you will be charged a full night's stay.

- If you need a baby cot, we can provide one for €39.

- If you need a parking space, we can provide one upon availability for €14/day

- Would you like your pet's company? You can bring it with you for an additional charge to be returned in full at the end of your stay if there is no damage (200€).

- For reservations during New Year's Eve, exceptionally, a deposit of € 300.00 may be charged.

- The tourist tax in Porto has a cost of €2 per night per person for up to 7 nights. And it is not included in the reservation fee. Payment must be made through the platform after your reservation is confirmed.

- This apartments requires a €500 security deposit, which will be returned at the end of your stay, as long as the property is in the same condition.
