To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. This might have been the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at …….. Grounds were beautiful. Hotel and room were magnificent. Staff was delightful, warm and extremely helpful I would highly recommend a stay here, when you are in Bari
