「Very nice hotel with excellent service. Front desk was always very helpful and informative. Cleaning staff did an awesome job. Outdoor pools are not heated and were too cold to swim in but the indoor pool was quite nice. Fountain outside our room was in disrepair. I had Green curry with rice for supper and it was delicious. My husband and I enjoyed our 4 day stay.」
「I enjoyed my stay at this hotel Alvor. The rooms were decent and a fair size. The hotel staff were accommodating and the spa was very relaxing.
The restaurant on the property but I only ate breakfast there because it was included with my stay. The breakfast buffet was decent and the concentrated on healthier options. Only thing is you have to ask for more food where getting the food options from the kitchen.
If you choose to stay here, it is a good idea to have a car. It is a bit of a walk...

「It is right next to the beach and all the popular attractions. Great room with plenty of space. Surprisingly there are no outlets in the bathroom. Had to plug my toothbrush in the outlet near the bed???

「Very clean, housekeeping is good. Some of the in room fixtures could be updated or replaced (leaky dishwasher, old caulking). Our first room had a bunch of wall damage from a leak so we had to request a room change and they were quick to facilitate it. Good service.」
「Only a few units are accomodations. The majority are private condos. On site little bar and hot b'fast & lunch/snacks served. Nice pool, quiet and not as hectic as Lagos.」
「My wife and I finished off a 12 day Portugal trip with a two night stay at Vila Alba. Very relaxing. She enjoyed a massage at the spa. I relaxed at the salt water, infinity pool. We ate all our meals, but for one local beach lunch, at the resort. All the meals were well prepared and the buffet breakfast had a lot of variety. Local see walk has great vistas. 」
