The house is located in "L'Approdo", north of the town of Porto Cesareo, 150 meters from the beach of Torre Chianca and that of the Dunes. The historic center of Porto Cesareo is 3.5 km away and can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. Other places of interest in the vicinity are the archaeological site of "Scalo di Furno" less than 1 km, the Isola dei Conigli about 2.5 km, La Strea about 6 km, the high-speed test track of Nardò about 8 km.
Structures of interest in the immediate vicinity are the bathing establishments "Le Dune" and "Il Tabù" and the "Nautico l'Approdo".
The accommodation has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with TV. The common areas are air-conditioned while the bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The kitchen with separate access is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge and washing machine. Pots, plates, cutlery, tablecloths and a barbecue are also available.
