It extends over 2 floors and has a cosy living room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (one with a single bed, one with a double bed and one with a double and a single bed) and 2 bathrooms. The holiday home is also equipped with air conditioning and a television. Outside there is a large courtyard with a barbecue planted on the sides for relaxing holidays under the Italian sun. The historic centre of Porto Cesareo, which offers a variety of restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping facilities, can be reached in 13 minutes on foot. The small town beach is 1.1 km away and provides a pleasant refreshment on hot days.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Electricity for a fee.
