Fresh renovated and really modern.
Air conditioning was working properly and was absolutely not noisy.

"We had a wonderful time in Neos Marmaras. The community was fun to explore, food was excellent, people were friendly. The HP Family Suites we stayed at was a terrific find. It had everything we needed and more. It was a truly relaxing stay."
"Host was very friendly and welcoming and spoke good English. The room was very clean and just as it looks on the pictures. We had fresh towels provided everyday and bins changed.
