To reach the complex, located on a small hill, you need to drive uphill.

Within a 2-minute drive, you will find the Coop supermarket in Mola and a gas station, and within just a 5-minute drive, all the services of Porto Azzurro, which is only 1 km away.

About 4 km from Capoliveri, just a few minutes by car from the most famous beaches of the southeastern coast. It is situated opposite the harbor of Baia di Mola, a natural port sheltered from most winds, where a buoy field is available from May to October, offering mooring for boats from 4 to 16 meters.

The renowned beaches of Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, and Barabarca are reachable within a few minutes by car.
