Social life is just a step away from you, with restaurants, bars, events and entertainment throughout the summer in the neighboring towns of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro. The Mola Bay is certainly a good starting point for exploring the south-east side of the island, full of wonders to explore.


We are inside a small residence in the Mola plain, a Natural Park that is part of the larger Tuscan Archipelago, immersed in a dense Mediterranean scrub rich in marine fauna and particular spontaneous vegetation that grows between the countryside and the sea. It remains close to a natural inlet of sand mixed with gravel, with convenient parking and easy access for people with disabilities. It is not one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, but a very suggestive authentic seaside place, where peace and silence reign, perfect for a walk on the shoreline with the Gulf that opens up in front full of many boats that seek shelter in this stretch of calm sea.
It is located right on the border between the municipalities of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro, which makes it a perfect junction area for those who want to enjoy both sides 360 degrees and an excellent base for those who want to tour the island.

Sea View Three-Room Apartment - 4 Sleeps
The apartment is located on the first floor, within a complex of apartments and small villas surrounded by a pine forest, in an area with well-maintained gardens, fresh and shaded. It has been recently renovated, boasting modern and refined furnishings.
It consists of a living area with air conditioning, featuring a relaxation area with a sofa and TV, a dining area with a kitchen equipped with gas burners and an electric oven.
There are two bedrooms: one double room and one twin room with a bunk bed. The bathroom has an independent access from the living room and is equipped with a washing machine, shower box, and bidet. Outside, there is a lovely terrace for exclusive use, equipped with an outdoor sink and garden furniture.

Internal apartment amenities:

Large refrigerator with freezer; gas burners; electric oven; kettle and toaster; capsule coffee machine; washing machine; hairdryer; TV and inverter air conditioning in the living room.
External apartment amenities:

Large sea-view terrace; private parking space within the property; outdoor sink; shared gardens.

Groups or couples under 21 years old are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Security deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after checking the property's condition (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
Bed and bath linen: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not available for booking on-site.
Check-in at our office from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM. For check-ins after 8:00 PM, there is a supplement of €50.00.

Check-in details will be sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival. For any assistance, you can contact our customer service. For this specific property, key collection usually takes place at our offices in Mola. During the off-season, it will be at Portoferraio.
