No parking on-site

We arrived late at night, and there's limited parking on-site. We were forced to park off-site, a few buildings down the road on a parking lot. Breakfast was a bit sparse for the price they charge, I expected more. Overall, a good value for the location.

Middle of the road

Good hotel with pleasant staff however in the middle of nowhere. The only restaurant around is Domino’s. To top it off they don’t even offer a proper glass in your room. It was very fine plastic that crumpled when you held it. Toilet paper came out of a dispenser that ripped as you took it out. Really made you feel like they were cutting every corner possible. Very good breakfast.

Very friendly and nice hotel

Our recent stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my visit - attentive, professional, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond by offering fantastic local recommendations that led us to some hidden gems we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. When we checked out, they graciously held our luggage while we spent the afternoon at the mall, which was incredibly convenient. The room was wonderfully quiet, allowing for peaceful nights of rest without any disturbances from hallway or street noise. The location is convenient, close to the Porto Alegre airport and shopping malls. The coffee and breakfast was very delicious and worth the small extra cost. While the bathroom was generally clean, I did notice some mildew in the shower area that could use attention. However, this minor issue was overshadowed by the overall cleanliness of the room and the excellence of everything else. The comfortable bed, well-maintained facilities, and pleasant atmosphere made for a highly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future.

The check in experience set the tone for the entire stay. I received an email notifying me that while I requested an earlier check in if possible (10:45am instead of the standard 2:00pm), if it was available I would be charged a full extra day. This surprised me. I asked the front desk staff on arrival about this. He didn't speak English, which also surprised me, but through Google Translate confirmed that there was a room ready, but he would charge me for a full extra day to check in. No thanks. He did store my luggage for free and let me sit in the lobby. He didn't even offer wifi access before check in. If the room there were four towels and two flat pillows in the room, and no shelves or drawers to store anything. I ended up using the desk as a dresser. Although it is not advisable to drink the tap water, no water was provided, only two plastic cups wrapped in plastic. The included breakfast was okay. The only warm food was sad scrambled eggs and hot dogs in tomato sauce. The fruit was nice. Lots of bread and sweet options. Sometimes there was yogurt. Guests are expected to take food on plastic trays and clean their own table afterwards. I opted to eat elsewhere one of the days to have a decent breakfast. The gym had so much potential. There was no elliptical machine, and no set of free weights, just four adjustable weights that wouldn't adjust. The gym equipment provided was odd. Not sure how many guests train on parallel bars. Overall I would not stay here again.

Acho que o Moov POA foi o melhor custo-benefício que eu ja vi em hotéis. Funcionarios educados, quarto simples porém completo e limpo. Colchão bom, chuveiro bom, só faltou ducha higiênica. Localização muito boa, com restaurantes, farmácias, mercado, papelaria, tudo perto permitindo que se vá a pé, além de ser perto do aeroporto e de varias outras facilidades da cidade. Quando voltar a POA, com certeza me hospedarei la novamente!
