About this space
Guests can expect to enjoy this meticulous, and spacious, apartment during your time in Portland. Plenty of free on-street parking available right outside. Located roughly 10 minutes to Portland's infamous Old Port, 5 minutes to Thompson's Point (0.5 mile walk), catch a baseball game at Hadlock Field, and minutes to some of the best breweries and restaurants in the state. We take great pride of this owner-occupied property - and hope you will thoroughly enjoy your stay in Portland!
The space
This sprawling apartment includes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are equally sized, both equipped with very comfortable Queen-sized beds. The large kitchen allows for guests to feel comfortable while cooking meals and enjoy their cooking on the large island in the middle! Plenty of room to relax and unwind in the centrally located living room!

Although it was brief stay, it worked perfectly for what we needed. Close to the areas of interest and slept us all comfortably. Was thankful for the AC! Some of the details were a little more ‘run down’ than expected but I think they just has to do with the building’s age. I would stay here again!

Great communication, and a nice place a few miles from downtown Portland. One of the mattresses was a little weird but nothing major. A good atmosphere in the house, and the washer and dryer were convenient.

Quick stay for Portland Wedding

This apartment is in a very old building that they have attempted to rehab but have not completed. In one bedroom an outlet came completely out of the wall. This was scary having a 10 month old who was crawling around. There was lots of worn out paint on doors, door frames and trim. The door knob to the bathroom was falling off and not working. The entry stairwell was missing pieces. It was listed that the apartment came with an iron and ironing board but they were not there. The host was responsive and kind.

Great place within walking distance of Thompson’s Point

Ryan is an excellent host! The property is clean and comfortable. As an owner, Ryan is responsive and kind. My group and I have stayed twice. We have gone to see Goose and Lake Street Dive at Thompson’s Point. Ryan’s place is within walking distance of the venue. Highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay at Ryan's place! From the moment we booked, Ryan was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth check-in. We loved our stay at this property while visiting Portland. It was clean and had everything we could ever need and more. Near everything and easy parking. The hosts are super responsive and were great to deal with. We’d stay again!
