Family reunion in Portland

We enjoyed this very updated and clean home located in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to grab coffee, drinks or a meal as well as walk to the busy wharf area for additional shopping and restaurants. Uber rides showed up quickly when we did not want to walk of if it was too rainy. The kitchen was modern and the living area was roomy enough for all of us. Each bedroom had it's own AC unit which was very helpful during an unexpected heatwave in early June. We highly recomment this home and its location.

Easy as Pie!

From California, I put together a 21st birthday weekend in Portland for my daughter and five of her friends from Bates College. Tim, the manager, was communicative, helpful, and always available. The townhome is adorable, and the location is fantastic.

The house is so charming and in an excellent location! It is walking distance to many options, on a quiet, beautiful street with comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen. Easy booking and communication throughout!

Great Location

The location was great and we were able to walk to a lot of the restaurants. Cute house stairs can be a bit much if you are not used to them. The landlord was very accommodating. Thank you.

I traveled with 3 people and stayed 2 nights at the place. Overall it was ok. The 3 bedrooms are situated on the third level, there is a bathroom on the second level and on the third. None of the rooms and bathrooms had a lock and the door of my room wouldn’t close.Place was not ready on time (4pm instead of 3pm) which I said ok to, happens... However, upon arrival these was no parking on site while the description of the place clearly said PARKING ON SITE which is why I booked that place over other with similar features. There was no parking on the street either. Upon contacting the host he pointed a space on the street near his house 2 blocks away. Frankly, that cause me a deal of stress because I want my car with me plus the place was not as described on the listing. Additionally, the sheets on my bed were wrinkled which is something I dislike and had never seen before. Looked like these weren’t changed. The dryer was full with sheets just left there.
