Optional Third Floor Retreat
For even more space, guests may opt to include the stunning third floor—a warm and rustic hideaway featuring original exposed beams, four additional bedrooms, and elevated views of Portland Harbor. This level also includes a luxurious full bath with walk-in shower, plus a large media room with an 85-inch smart TV—perfect for movie nights or winding down after a day in the city. Getting Around:
Everything is within walking distance but Uber is always available.
Other Things to Note:
Fireplaces are not functional and are for decorative use only. The Carriage House does have an additional fee for use and is available from April -December. Use of the property is limited to registered overnight guests only. Additional guests for special events must be approved in advance.
