1st floor condo unit features 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom and secondary room features a bunk bed with a full-sized bottom bunk that even adults will find comfortable. A single bathroom equipped with a large vanity mirror. The unit is tastefully decorated, and comfortable. You’re only a short walk away from all the excitement that The Pier and Palace Playland have to offer, and steps away from the beach.

The train runs nearby, so you might occasionally hear some noise. One parking spot is provided, and the grill is shared with others. Kindly refrain from hanging towels on the railings. For entry, there are two locks: one for the building and one for the unit.

Unit was as described. It was a couple of blocks from beach. Very crowded beach and active area. So would probably not go back during the month of July. Had a few questions and the management was responsive.overal excellent time. We explored various beaches and Eastern Bike trail in Biddeford Pool and Scarborough.

Great place near Old Orchard Beach

Great little place within a few blocks of the beach. Off street parking and plenty of room for a family of 4. Amenities were just what we needed.

Wonderful stay!

Ground floor was not the best. We could hear everyone above us. The patio faces the busy street. Our first night, random people were peeking into our windows so we never had our blinds open the entire time. For the price, the check in and check out times were disappointing. Having to use the antiquated key lock box each time of entry to the building was also cumbersome, as our hands were usually full and the lock wasn't the smoothest. In hindsight, I wish the property was listed as ground floor with details of check-in time as well as acknowledging that the train runs in close proximity (<1 block away) and frequently, as it was extremely loud at 10pm and 6am.

Great spot, very close to the beach

Property was very clean and modern. Convenience of being very close to the beach was practical for us. Very thankful that there was parking included. Downside would be the reason and that there wasn't enough equipment for the 4 of us. Check in was later in the day and check out was quite early for the price. Overall very pleased with the stay!
