"The room we got had a missing cabinet door under the sink so when we walked in it smelled musty. We went to store and got some Glade air freshener and covered the opening with a towel. Fixed the problem for the night but I would recommend not making the room available until the cabinet door is replaced. ..."

Hyatt House Portland/Downtown
"Everything was fine. Convenient location ... clean rooms ... helpful staff. We stayed a week and had one week end day where the breakfast was not good as it seemed they were short-staffed and food service was not very good. If not for this one morning foible the stay was "excellent"!"

Rooms are dated, sheets are scratchy, mattresses worn in, TV is dish network with no streaming or guide, lobby coffee is taken away once a few guests finish the carafe, and gym is teeny.
