Villa located in the secured residence "LES MARINES" with shared pool (open july and August), this lovely house with sight on the natural reserve and the hills of the village; less than 200 m to the beach:

There is a living room with a well eqquiped kitchen corner, bathroom with shower cabine; separate toilette; 1 bedroom and mezzanine on the first floor; lovely patio / conservatory and nice garden terrace for your perfect holidays!

NO PETS-CLEANING FEES INCLUDED

Facilities include WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce gusto, oven, satellite TV, fridge/freezer combo, coffee maker, toaster, hoover, microwave, iron +table, kettle, fan, etc.

Summer rentals from Fridays to Fridays (only in july and august)

Sleeping upstairs: Bedroom with 2 matresses 80-bed 160 and a mezzanine with bed 120
