Pro: upgraded to a larger room; small supermarket on property; on the beach; AC unit Cons: very loud construction noise in the room next door starting at 8AM and lasting all day long; they have onsite laundry facilities that cost $7.00 USD to wash per load and then $7.00 to dry in a small capacity machine!!! $28.00 USD to wash and dry 2 loads of laundry; building is pretty run down both inside and outside

Amazing location- gorgeous view- grocery store downstairs was huge. Kitchen was a plus. Balcony was perfect. When we checked in there was no remote for the AC- sent someone up to give us one. Next day the extra blanket we were using was taken and had to call to get it back. Front desk kept questioning if we looked in different places instead of just offering to bring one up. The next day the kitchen towel was taken and not replaced. Front desk kept questioning if we looked in different places instead of just offering to bring one up. Front desk's answer to any question was "I don't know." Questions such as where can I exchange money in town and how much are the chairs to rent on the beach right in front of the hotel. Cleanliness- a tea bag was on the balcony when we checked in- never cleaned from previous stay.

The hot tub and pool located in another building that is a 10 minute walk away. I booked this hotel expecting this to be in the building because it was a rainy weekend. I am very disappointed that the hotel offered zero support to move my reservation to the actual building of the hot tub and pool location. It is false advertising to say they have this and expect people to go to another location 5 buildings away in the rain and cold.
