"バスルームの扉の建て付けが悪く、夜11時くらいにドアが中から鍵がかかってしまい開かなくなってしまった。フロントスタッフは既にいなかったので警備の人に言ったところ、朝、フロントのスタッフが出社するまで待ってくれと言われた。夜にトイレに行きたくなった時はヴィラの前にあるプールのトイレを使ってと言われた。夜中にトイレに行きたくなり、プールまで行くことになった。よくあることみたいだったので、警備室に鍵くらい置いといて欲しかった。"
