Check in and check out requires a walk thru on rules and then to make sure you kept place as you came in. It's understanding but also an inconvenience asmy family and friends usually leave a bit earlier than check out and we head out whenever we're done cleaning and packing. I did message owner we were ready to leave, earlier than 11, and they were able to arrive at the site to check us out.
The building itself is big but you get what you see in the photos and most of the front yard. There is a downstairs hall and neighbors behind where we stayed. The hall was rented for a short during our stay some were told to park on next parking spots so hall members can park closest to door. We had no issue with neighbor behind us (didn't see them at all) and hall event was very quick.
The kitchen is fully stocked with Utensils, pots, pans, bowl, knives..I've been to a lottt of rentals and always bring my own because all I've been to doesn't have much variety. props to this place, they have more than enough.
The bedding was very spacious and beds were comfy. They also have more than enough extra pillows.
The place does have two security cameras outside and one inside. I was told it was not watched during our stay and hoping it wasn't and isn't as some of my family/friends felt uncomfortable as it was invading their privacy.
The gameroom had Foosball, ping pong, and pool that were in good shape.
They have wii but we couldn't find batteries for it and I read reviews they had yardganesbut I couldn't find that either. I didnt care too much for it which is why I didn't ask owners.
Like others said,the garbage bags are clear because recycling and garbage is very strict.
Only complaint I have is the water from shower and sink smelt strongly like sewer.
Other than that, communication was great, place was very spacious and clean. My friends and family were talking that they wouldn't mind if we come back.
