「This charming VRBO home has absolutely everything one needs for a perfect day in the DC area. Situated just outside of the chaos of the city, this home is an absolute retreat itself. The grounds are *stunning* and the home inside is perfectly appointed. Nidia was amazing and helped me through multiple shifts in plans. I already have several other stays booked, and am just so lucky to have found this gem! Thanks Nidia!」

「Great location - steps to everything. Great Host- very responsive. Lovely stay! We pulled out the trundle bed the second night because we’re used to a king bed. Mr. is tall so he appreciated the very tall shower head. Unexpected- a late night trumpet serenade was very romantic and it turns out a famous local guy! 」

「This property was amazing and matched the description exactly. It was spacious, quiet, and clean. I didn’t use the amenities but from what saw, they were great. From the pool, gym, rec area; everything was nice. It even has a Aldi grocery store in site, coffee and Urgent Care. It seems like it has it all! There were a few things I didn’t like, for example, the mattress on the bed was way too soft and you literally sink into it when you lay on it. Some people may like it, but it wasn’t for me....

「This home was very beautiful. We had little to no issues. There was a misunderstanding about how the heating/cooling system worked. The owner was very attentive to any and every need we had. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I wish he would've disclosed in advance that he would be residing in the basement during our stay. It may the stay a little awkward. Please ask lots of questions before booking to eliminate certain surprises. Other than that, I would recommend...

Convenient to the metro and trolley, as well as walking distance to cafes and restaurants on King St, we were spoiled by this location.
