Immaculate cleanliness permeates every room, ensuring an experience of pure refinement for each guest lucky enough to call this seaside sanctuary their home away from home.

As the day gently transitions to evening, step out onto one of the many balconies or down in the private pool where conversations with family and friends will live on forever, soak up the sunset over the Gulf as it unfolds in all its breathtaking glory. You will lock in a lifetime of memories at The Beach Bear in St Joe Beach. Six foot privacy pool fence, Pool area shower/toilet, sand/foot wash station at the front of the house.

*Trash is picked up on Tuesdays
* Plenty of parking, up to 6 parking spots including boat parking(12' in height under the home)
*Indoor Elevator for all floors
*No pets, having pets would lead to immediate eviction.

Seasonal Tips:
*Follow the fb group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restuarant times as they adjust to busier or slower times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.
*Florida does have wild animals such as bears, alligators, and snakes that could be present when outside of the home.

*Kids under the age of 16 should not ride or operate the elevator unaccompanied by an adult. This is for the safety of all of our guests. Please refer to the Elevator Instructions supplied inside the elevator and in the rental guide book for use during your stay.

The elevator in this home is provided at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can break down. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible; however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
