"Hotel gets very crowded with cruise passengers who all want to check out at the same time. The hotel lifts are small and have trouble coping with the load. When we were there one of the lifts was broken for days and no-one could get down to reception with their luggage. There were a lot of very angry people and no staff to help."

"It was fine for a night... but very hot in the room during the heatwave. Fan in the cupboard gave some relief. Only one set of towels for a double, not enough for two people wich unfortunately we didn't realise until the morning. It fitted standard room description well, it was fine for short stay and staff are friendly."
