"We checked in, Roy was not friendly at all. We were assigned a room that smelled like cigarette. We asked to be moved, he got bothered. The second room was better, but when we got back at midnight, the lights didn’t work. Back to the front desk to be moved to another room, pack everything was an inconvenience. The 3rd room was much better. Tub had mildew! Definitely will not be staying there."

"I had to switch rooms because as an allergy sufferer the mold on the wall by the baseboard was disgusting and a health hazard. I don’t know that anything was cleaned up and the room had a strange smell. The second room appeared better but the microwave was dirty inside it looked like someone burned something and it had never been cleaned. When I unplugged my cpap machine from the outlet between the two beds the baseboard and lower wall appeared to be covered in dust and dirt and possibly even mold. The carpet appeared dirty and I wouldn’t even walk in socks on it. I don’t expect my room to be operating room clean and sterile but this was probably the worst rooms I’ve stayed in and surprised that it was a Wyndham…."

"The room was cleaner than any hotel room we've stayed in in years. The housekeeping was excellent. There was a full breakfast consisting of waffles, hard boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels, coffee, tea, juices. The pool was large and well maintained. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay there again when in the area."

"I would not stay here again. First of all the pictures look nothing like the actual hotel. There is no elevator to the second floor. So you have to carry all of your luggage up the stairs. The pool and hot tub area were very gross. Our room itself was clean and pretty nice no usb chargers tho. But the entire facility was dirty and needed some TLC inside and out. Upon checking in, the front desk was very unhelpful (trying to be nice here) They took my debit card for a $50 deposit and I was told it would be refunded immediately upon checkout. That was NOT true. Upon checkout, there was a different person who told me it was $100 and it will be refunded 3 to 5 business days. Very disappointed with this stay and will never go back!"
