Golf n Shores - Hot tub (open all yr), kayaks&more

Featuring 5bdrms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, an 8-person hot tub, & a deck overlooking the gorgeous Lake Huron. The main floor features a full bath w/2 bedrooms w/queen beds, 1 being the master w/an ensuite. In the loft-like upstairs, you'll find a 3rd bedroom & a large full bath. Lastly, the downstairs offers another bedroom w/2 bunk beds (full on bottom/twin on top), a half bath, & a door to walk out to the shore! Game room with another bedroom above it.


-Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 5 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
