La Bruyère is a large, new, contemporary, all-wood house nestled in the heart of a 2,000 m² unfenced, wooded park in the countryside between Nantes and Pornic. It features a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, a bowling green, children's games (palets, trapdoors, etc.), and a ping-pong table.
The cottage has a closed garage with an additional large refrigerator. It is a detached, single-story house (accessible to people with reduced mobility): a large living room (77 m²) with large bay windows (south-facing) including a lounge/dining room and an open-plan fitted kitchen, a pantry (additional hob), 4 bedrooms each with 2 or 3 twin 90x200 cm beds (2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with toilets), 1 separate shower, and 3 separate toilets. Optional (check with the owners): possibility of renting an additional bedroom in their house, independent and accessible from the outside (two twin beds 90x200, with private bathroom and toilet).
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, radio/CD player, baby equipment, dryer, and electric charging station available.
Included: geothermal heating, electricity, and bed linens.
Not included: towels (€5/person), mandatory cleaning fee (€95), and tourist tax (€0.88/day/person).
Short stays are available from €700 for 2 nights, upon request from the owners.
