Nestled in the picturesque Port Royal Landing Marina, this charming retreat offers a perfect blend of modern comforts and classic coastal charm. Ideally situated between historic downtown Beaufort and the quaint village of Port Royal, you're just moments away from a variety of dining options, boutique shopping, the popular Port Royal Farmers Market, scenic waterfront parks, and all the local Lowcountry favorites. Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or a convenient home base for your adventures, this cottage delivers the best of both worlds.
No parking on the street. Two car maximum and must park in the driveway.
- Depending on the channel you book through, there may be a $500 pre-authorization hold on the card acting as a security deposit.

Nice property. Clean. Well kept neighborhood. Pet friendly and fenced yard was nice. If you are they type to sleep in as we are beware that grounds crew starts working early. We have men cutting grass before 8 am. Overall good experience.

Everything about the stay was perfect! The property is beyond the description for cleanliness and convenience. For families visiting for Parris Island graduation, there isn't much closer! There is plenty to do within a short drive or Uber. Communication was excellent and the guide included everything you nees to know about the property and surrounding area. The neighborhood restaurant, Marker 244, was a convenient and great place to walk to for a meal, or just to relax on the deck overlooking the marina and water.

This property was very clean and in a nice neighborhood! It was close to Bay street stores and restaurants, as well as Port Royal ones (highly recommend Fishcamp on 11th Street!). We were able to walk the dogs around the neighborhood, go out on the marina, and grill & roast smores in the backyard. Having the SC State park pass was also helpful! We visited Sands beach (10 minutes away) with the dogs one day and Hunting beach (25 minutes away) another day.
